" It was about 7 years ago when I left an established
development company to setup on my own. I had newly acquired and developed an
old milk dairy in North London. It was a cracking place and I initially got a
well known agency in to find tenants and manage the 8 units in total.
To cut a long story short, the banks were getting nervous and the pressure was

After the dairy warehouse, I moved all my managed properties to Saffron. They
manage over 25 properties currently for me and I am developing a further 100
properties for them to sell & manage in 2003."
