"4 years ago I was recommended to Saffron by another agency
where I had recently bought a property. I buy properties for investment in the
Camden, Regent's Park and Primrose Hill areas, so it's important I let them as
quickly as I can and at the right price. Anyway, I looked at other agencies but
I went for Saffron because they are professional and have a stronger identity
that is vibrant and attractive than most estate agents.
I went to Saffron and spoke to Monty, who was very helpful and I gave
instructions to them to let my new property. I was very happy that only after 4
days they found me good tenants - working professionals and on a 1 year's
contract! I needed to let the property quickly so I was lucky I found Saffron.
Since then, I have offered 12 of my properties to Saffron and they consistently
manage to find good tenants in a very short space of time.
Saffron are specialists at letting but they also give me extra help when I need
it. It's the flexibility which I appreciate. I use Saffron for letting and
manage most of my properties myself but when I do need a hand with
refurbishments or inventories they are always there. They also give me
invaluable advice on realistic valuations for rent when I go and look at
potential property investment.
I've tried other agencies because they've promised me lower commissions and
given me the talk but I always come back to Saffron because their commissions
are competitive and their services are second to none.
If you need an estate agency that does everything you expect and more then I
would definitely recommend using Saffron."
