Letting Only: |

10% plus VAT of the rent due under the terms of the tenancy agreement (minimum charge £1000 plus VAT) plus any renewals or extensions thereof (including where the tenant holds over the original tenancy). |

Letting & Rent Collection Service: |

1% plus VAT in addition to the letting fee of 10% plus VAT (total 11% plus VAT). However, to help your cash flow, in the case of a 12 month tenancy the combined fee of 11% can be deducted from rent collected in two equal instalments. |

Letting & Full Management Service: |

14% plus VAT of the total rent due under the tenancy agreement to be levied in
accordance with the Letting & Rent Collection Service as above.
