Complete removal and replacement of solid oak flooring. Demolition removed from 7th floor to
ground level with minimum excess spillage of debris. Finished to a high standard with great
attention throughout, especially heating floor vents. Each solid piece of oak was hand cut,
secured and laid because of underlying concrete floor. The floor replacement helped to rent
the apartment from £350 per week to £425 per week.
